A bit about me:
​I’m an National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with over 20 years of experience in holistic health and nutrition. My path has included an intensive three-year meditation retreat (2009–2012), where I studied the mind & mind-body connection, training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (2014), and a comprehensive gut health practicioner certification with Restorative Wellness Solutions. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of how the foundations of health- nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress management, community, and reducing toxins- work together to create vitality and resilience.

I created Nourish Yourself Whole as a place to support and inspire anyone who wants to feel healthier, more balanced, and more at ease in daily life.
In my work with clients, I provide a warm, non-judgmental space to explore the daily practices that make a real difference. Together, we’ll focus on building sustainable habits, creating balance, and cultivating a wellness vision that truly supports your life.
